ESG Management Structure
A robust governance structure ensures effective ESG integration across the organization:
- Board Strategy & Procurement Oversight Committee (BS&POC) Provides strategic guidance, approves ESG policies, and oversees long-term sustainable growth initiatives.
- ESG Committee (MC-ESG) Led by the Managing Director and senior department heads, this committee ensures cross-functional coordination and reviews progress on ESG goals
- ESG Working Group Comprising representatives from Operations, HR, Finance, and Quality, this group executes ESG initiatives on the ground and maintains accurate reporting.
