• self-destruction or any attempt threat while sane or insane, • War declared or undeclared, strikes, riots, civil commotion, revolution, or any warlike operation; • making an arrest as an Officer of Law; • assault or murder; • heat-stroke or sun stroke: • participation in brawl; • racing on wheels, • big-game shooting of Polo; • committing a felony: • pregnancy or child birth • Accident occurring while or because the Life Insured is affected by alcohol or any drug • hernia, ptomaines or bacterial infection, except pyogenic infection which shall occur with and through an accidental cut or wound • any disease or sickness: • poison, gas or fumes, voluntarily or involuntarily taken
